Week 9
June 14, 2026

Every Saturday, we gather here - not as experts or guides, but as fellow journeyers finding our way through. The Saturday 7 is our weekly ritual: one word, seven steps, and a reminder that healing happens one moment at a time. Pull up a chair. You belong here. Let's dive in!

This week's word is release. Before you do anything else, sit with it for a moment. Read the quotes below, breathe in the affirmation, and let both settle into you before you move forward.

When you're ready, pour something warm and take your time with this week's Tuesday Talk. The full story is waiting for you - go at your own pace.

Now take me with you. Pop in your earbuds and press play whenever you're ready - on your walk, your commute, or your quiet moment. This one's for you.

Now it's your turn. Your journal is waiting, and there are no right answers here - just you, the page, and whatever needs to come out. Write freely and honestly, without editing yourself.

  • Think about something you have been carrying - a story, a disappointment, an expectation that did not go the way you planned. What would it feel like to release just one line of that story this week? Not all of it - just one line. What becomes possible in that space?
  • Where in your body do you feel the weight of what you have not yet released? Describe that feeling without judgment. What would it mean to breathe into that place today?
  • Write a letter to the version of yourself who is still holding on. What would you want her to know? What would you tell her it is safe to put down?
  • What belief about yourself were you handed after a disappointment - one you did not consciously choose? Is it still true? Does it still deserve to live rent-free in your story?
  • Think about a woman you admire who has moved through something hard with grace. What do you imagine she released in order to get there? What does her example give you permission to do?

When you're hungry to go deeper, start here. More voices, more wisdom, more light on the path - because you don't have to navigate this journey alone. 1 book · 1 podcast

BOOK

Untamed by Glennon Doyle
Why it connects: Glennon writes with fierce honesty about the stories we internalize about who we are supposed to be - and the terrifying, liberating work of releasing them. For any woman asking herself whether the life she imagined is still the one she wants, this book meets her exactly there.
