RESTORE
April 14, 2026

Every Saturday, we gather here - not as experts or guides, but as fellow journeyers finding our way through. The Saturday 7 is our weekly ritual: one word, seven steps, and a reminder that healing happens one moment at a time. Pull up a chair. You belong here. Let's dive in!

This week's word is RESTORE. Before you do anything else, just sit with it for a moment. Read the quotes below, breathe in the affirmations, and let the words settle into you before you move forward.

Restoration is not about fixing who you were;
it’s about remembering who you are.

When peace replaces reaction,
that’s when you know restoration has begun.

Sometimes you go back to old places, not to find someone
- but to find yourself again, standing taller this time.

I give myself permission
to rest, refill, and receive.

My worth isn’t measured by how much I do
- it’s reflected in how gently I care for myself
as I become whole again.

I am releasing what no longer serves me to restore peace to my mind

When you're ready, pour something warm and take your time with this week's Tuesday Talk. The full story is waiting for you - go at your own pace.

Now take me with you. Pop in your earbuds and press play whenever you're ready — on your walk, your commute, or your quiet moment. This one's for you.

Now it's your turn. Your journal is waiting and there are no right answers here - just you, the page, and whatever needs to come out. Write freely and honestly, without editing yourself.

  • Where in my life do I most need restoration - body, mind, or spirit?
  • What does true rest look and feel like for me right now?
  • What boundaries protect my peace and help me refill?
  • When was the last time I felt restored, and what helped me get there?
  • What part of me is ready to return - even in a small way - this week?
  • Where have I been bracing myself, and what would it look like to finally soften there?

This week's soundtrack to your healing is ready. Put it on, let it move through you, and feel whatever comes up. Sometimes the right song at the right moment says everything.

Look at how far you've come this week. Even the smallest win counts - especially the smallest win. What showed up for you? Celebrate it!

My win this week was simple, kinda clichè, but so so restoring. It was a PEDICURE! lol. I know. I know. But it really gave me so much more than I would have guessed. I inhaled, exhaled, got calluses removed, daydreamed, reflected, and (drumroll) have cute toes! I literally feel ready to conquer the world!

When you're hungry to go deeper, start here. More voices, more wisdom, more light on the path - because you don't have to navigate this journey alone.
