Every Saturday, we gather here - not as experts or guides, but as fellow journeyers finding our way through. The Saturday 7 is our weekly ritual: one word, seven steps, and a reminder that healing happens one moment at a time. Pull up a chair. You belong here.

Let's dive in!

This week's word is HEAL. Before you do anything else, just sit with it for a moment. Read the quotes below, breathe in the affirmations, and let the words settle into you before you move forward.

“Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”
- Brené Brown

“Turn your wounds into wisdom.”
- Oprah Winfrey

“Healing is not linear.”
- Rupi Kaur

I allow myself to feel what I feel
without judgment.

Every breath, every pause, every truth
I speak is part of my healing.

When you're ready, pour something warm and take your time with this week's Tuesday Talk. The full story is waiting for you - go at your own pace.

Now take me with you. Pop in your earbuds and press play whenever you're ready — on your walk, your commute, or your quiet moment. This one's for you.

Now it's your turn. Your journal is waiting and there are no right answers here - just you, the page, and whatever needs to come out. Write freely and honestly, without editing yourself.

  • What truth about my situation am I finally ready to admit?
  • Where do I still feel hurt, and what does that hurt want me to understand?
  • What am I learning about myself in this season?
  • What part of me needs compassion, not criticism?
  • What am I healing toward - who am I becoming?

This week's soundtrack to your healing is ready. Put it on, let it move through you, and feel whatever comes up. Sometimes the right song at the right moment says everything.

Bag Lady” by Erykah Badu
A reminder to put down what’s too heavy to carry. Perfect for releasing old emotional weight.

Free Mind” by Tems
Soft and reflective, like letting your thoughts air out after holding too much.

I Am Light” by India Arie
A return to your core self. This song feels like shedding old labels and stepping back into your own clarity and softness.

Losing” by H.E.R.
Reflective and honest — the moment you see what you’ve outgrown and feel your strength returning because of it.

Enjoy all of the great music on H.E.R. Jukebox

Look at how far you've come this week. Even the smallest win counts - especially the smallest win. What showed up for you? Celebrate it!

My personal win... LAUNCHING THIS SITE! And boy has it been a week! Tweaking... editing... all the efforts to make the vision perfect. The big win was finally realizing that progress over perfection is the lane I need to operating from. Once I let go of some of my ways (LOL) ~ it happened!!!! #winning
